So, what is the Future Learning Alliance?
Changing the world, one purposeful career at a time
The Future Learning Alliance (or FLA) is Hawkwood's low-carbon programme that changes lives by providing career opportunities with meaning for the unemployed or vulnerably employed. The programmes are delivered through its national network of employers and training providers and include ongoing support that provides true lifelong learning for all.
The FLA is responding to today's and tomorrow's world of business, community and individuals.
Our focus is on radically developing the world of learning to change lives and give individuals, communities and businesses the opportunity to reshape and engage in innovative and creative learning low-carbon programmes that work and meet the challenges and skills shortages facing the UK and beyond.
